When "The Toony Bin" http://toonybin.blogspot.com/ character design challenge site had "MAD Scientist" as their challenge, I HAD to try a toony Lex Luthor. Soon, I'll try to color and post the Superman I did as a companion piece. Hope you like my Lex!
